Yes, we offer HICAPS for instant claims with most major private health funds. Just bring your health fund card to your appointment, and we’ll process your rebate on the spot.

Do I need a referral to see a physiotherapist?
No referral is needed to book an appointment with our physiotherapists. You can come directly to us for treatment. However, a referral may be required if your treatment is under Medicare, Workers’ Compensation, or a third-party insurer.

Can I use Medicare for physiotherapy?
Yes, if you have a Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDM) from your GP (formerly called an EPC), you may be eligible for up to 5 subsidised sessions per year. Please bring your referral paperwork to your first appointment.

Do you treat Workers’ Compensation and CTP (third-party) claims?
Yes, we work with patients under Workers’ Compensation and Compulsory Third Party (CTP) insurance claims. Please bring your claim number and insurer details to your first appointment so we can bill directly.

Do I need to have scans or X-rays before seeing a physio?
No, most patients do not need scans before starting treatment. If we believe imaging is necessary, we’ll advise you during your initial assessment and can refer you if needed.

Please bring your referral (if applicable), any relevant scans or reports, your private health fund card, and wear comfortable clothing that allows movement.
